I started and managed the Cassidy Turley operations in Southern California including delivery of all services to clients, developing new business, recruiting additional talent to enhance local service offerings, and serving on the firm's Board of Directors. Cassidy Turley was sold to Texas Pacific Group. During the first 3 years of operation in Southern California, Cassidy Turley grew at the highest rate of any other commercial real estate firm.

I oversaw the Brokerage Group for the West Region of Transwestern based in Los Angeles and serve on the Board of Directors. I earned the 2006 Transwestern “Newcomer” Award for my contributions to the company in the first year, and in 2010 received Transwestern’s Top Outsourcing Service Award as well as being the 2011 Top Tenant Advisory Broker nationally for Transwestern. I ranked nationally within the top 5 Transwestern Brokers.

I launched, managed, and operated the profitable downtown Los Angeles office of Trammell Crow Company as a Principal and consistently ranked among the top real estate professionals in Los Angeles. During my tenure at Trammell Crow Company (TCC), I consistently ranked in the top 5% of Trammell Crow Company brokers nationally. TCC was sold to CBRE.
