Played a crucial part in building and scaling a pioneering e-Mobility organization within Scania's Sales & Marketing divison from a handful of individuals to a team of over a hundred professionals. My role spanned establishing core technologies, recruiting & building teams, developing hardware & software product concepts, strategizing business development, and enhancing strategic sales. I spent most time laying the groundwork and nurture three key teams:- Battery Business Development - Pioneered the design of stationary battery systems and led the development of second-life battery business strategies.- Strategic Sales - Managed e-mobility business development and crafted comprehensive transport solutions to drive strategic sales.- E-Mobility Analytics - Guided the design of cost-effective electric transport systems, spearheaded the development of e-Mobility analytics tools & services, and curated electrified product roadmaps for Scania's customers.

Indular was founded with the goal of addressing the complexities involved in implementing and operating cost-effective charging solutions for electric vehicle fleet operators, by providing a software service that planned and executed charging events based on delivery schedules, vehicle conditions and electricity price.My involvement in Indular spanned multiple facets - from tech development and team hire&fire to product management and marketing. We acquired our first revenue-generating customer within a six-month time frame. Indular was owned and financed by Scania, and during the peak of the COVID pandemic in mid-2020, a strategic decision was made to integrate Indular into Scania's new e-Mobility organization, which I then went on to help build.

The support system was designed from scratch and a full-scale prototype was built and tested to ensure the performance.
