Often, on the way, that journey uncovers hidden questions, concerns, and goals that they didn't know they had, and so I excel at making sure their needs are met while still progressing them down the admissions funnel. I'm a data driven and energetic recruiter who is passionate about people and processes. Through normal seasonal change to Covid chaos I've grown my skills in full-cycle recruiting, team training & coaching, data analysis, and project management. My joy in recruiting, so far, has been seeing those students who've I've guided to a perfect university fit excelling in their studies and growing both personally and professionally. When I'm not recruiting or tweaking my already overloaded Salesforce dashboards with new reports, I'm baking bread, battling orcs in Dungeons and Dragons, hanging out with my wife in Fort Langley, and generally nerding out on the latest smart-home technology.
