I have been working under the supervision of Dr. Praveen Arany, on a project investigating the effects of directed energy wound therapeutics using photobiomodulation (PBM) and radiofrequency (RF). Since the start, my work has included determining the efficiency of PBM and RF treatments in promoting the proliferation of epithelial and oral cancer stem cells and examining the impact of density dependency on the enrichment of both types of cells.

At this establishment, I primarily worked as a line cook but occasionally took the role of a barista, helping my co-workers when business was busy. As a line cook, I worked daily to create food dishes that were consistent in quality and detail. I worked to prevent infections and maintained professionalism by cleaning and replenishing workstations daily. I worked to manage orders and produce them in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction. I also trained new employees on following food safety and guidelines to maintain proper workstations and produce consistent food dishes.

Worked behind a counter taking orders from customers as well as handling the register. Spoke with hundreds of customers weekly, recommending food selections based on customer needs. Supported kitchen staff to help with preparing orders, and managing both pick-up and deliveries.
