Perform A3 Problem Solving and utilize Lean Principles (Waste Elimination, Line Balancing) to address major product and process performance issues resulting in 30% Scrap Reduction, 80% WIP Reduction, and other measurable improvements. Perform Critical Capacity Improvements for multiple Product Lines resulting in +55% Throughput (AQG Sani), +100% Throughput (STC2), +160% Throughput (AQX/AQL). Support multiple Automation CapEx projects providing input and requirements for SOW and URS. Perform Time Studies for Labor Calculations and update Oracle Routers. Customer and Audit facing representative for CPC Manufacturing. SME for high tech manufacturing processes including Helium Leak Test, Pressure Decay, Heat Staking, Plastic Welding.
