I am a visionary and charismatic executive leader skilled in directing cross-functional operations to drive organizational alignment and success. I am adept in data analysis and creative problem solving, which has supported my track record of leading teams to achieve success during both typical and unexpected circumstances. As a Station Operations Manager for Amazon, I was tasked with leading the turnaround for a problematic, underperforming building. This was a complex issue as the building employed 550 staff and processed 35 million packages per year. I developed a comprehensive change initiative and led the site to move from the bottom performer to one of top 10 volume producing buildings across the US. When I took over, the employee population was not engaged, with an SLI score at 21% unfavorable. By the end of my time in this role the SLI score fell to only 7% - equating to a 93% favorable score. One of my proudest career highlights was being asked to serve as one of eight leaders in the North American Core Project Management team for Amazon to help the company navigate the Covid-19 Pandemic. I was the project owner for multiple critical initiatives including procurement of key supplies, establishing inventory hubs, and setting up distribution and replenishment systems. I also set up a database for recording site level information and created a reporting cadence for visibility to executive leadership. I'm proud to have served as an integral part of helping Amazon continue to operate during unknown times and enabling the company to convey vital items to the communities we serve.My passion for leading organizational strategy is rooted in my commitment to create positive impact through both individual and business success.
