Unfortunately 33% of the our world’s soil is unfertile and this will increase to 90% by 2050 if nothing changes.As a chef and entrepreneur, I’ve made it my life’s purpose to inspire a new generation of farmers, chefs, and people to reconnect with mother nature’s goodness. I believe we can live in a world where the food we eat doesn’t cost the earth but regenerates it and let food be thy medicine.It all comes together in The Farm Kitchen, a nature positive business model that promotes regenerative plant-based food and agriculture by working with local farmers and regeneration chefs. In 2022, we expanded The Farm Kitchen to incorporate The Kookfabriek made up of a number of cooking studios located throughout the Netherlands. In both companies, we want everyone to experience Earth’s Own Cuisine™. This is our way of reconnecting people back to mother nature with powerful, engaging, and delicious soil to plate food experiences.We are inviting businesses, farmers, chefs, and people everywhere to partner with us to create a more sustainable future with good soil, good food, and good people.
