I am a firm believer in the power of sustainable growth and environmental stewardship realized through collaboration. My passion for sustainability and continuous improvement has guided me throughout my career, shaping my philosophy that business success and environmental responsibility are not mutually exclusive, but rather intertwined. With a rich background in architecture and sustainability, I bring a rare blend of expertise to the table. My approach is to smartly integrate sustainability into business, foster a culture of excellence, and drive understanding. I have led international cross-functional teams, managed complex building projects, implemented ESG data systems, and worked with diverse stakeholders to drive results. Sustainability is a team sport!Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading significant projects and initiatives. At Yum! Brands, for example, I have overseen the design and construction of over 30 LEED buildings worldwide with the implementation of energy and water conservation measures in thousands more, saving the company millions of dollars. This work, along with increasing renewable energy use is resulting in significant greenhouse gas reductions as part of a decarbonization strategy. In addition, I created the global corporate data collection program with robust ESG reporting that provides information to investors and consumers as well as to drive progress on key initiatives. My work has been recognized with the Yum! Brands CEO's Achieving Breakthrough Results Award. I am committed to helping organizations navigate the opportunities of sustainable growth, mitigating risks, and optimizing their ESG reporting.
