Working with communications staff, I regularly update and refresh the Web site content to ensure it meets the navigational, content and aesthetic needs of Web site visitors. Working with applicable staff (both in house and contractors), I also design, update and prepare the Coalition’s print products from conception to completion. These products include special publications, brochures, newsletters, e-blasts, flyers, invitations, ads, fact sheets, and patient education materials, among other products. I also design the templates for the organization's email campaigns, newsletters and other electronic/digital media.

Designed and updated speculative and published display and in-column advertising for Dex telephone directories. Mostly working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, my duties ranged from photo retouching and adjusting, recreating rasterized artwork as vector art and typesetting to proofreading and maintaining quality standards and specifications. In addition, I was also asked to assist in testing system integrity and to provide feedback to IT regarding system defects and suggest improvements.

Worked as a desktop publisher. Used various Adobe Creative Suite products to create artwork and documents. Created and printed various documents for customers.
