Since then, he has actively shared his experiences to raise awareness and understanding of neurodivergent conditions.Since 2021, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in organizing Hong Kong ADHD Awareness Week. His involvement extends to various local and international events, including:- ReThink HK (2022)- Diversity Network's INCLUSION Festival (2022 and 2024)- Hong Kong Autism Community Summit (2024)- Neurodiversity Celebration Week (2023 and 2024)Moreover, Jonathan is a highly respected trainer in the field of neurodiversity. This involved analyzing the data range covered by each database and assessing ESG fund ratings associated with them. The outcome of this analysis provided valuable insights into carbon emissions data and helped inform investment decisions in sustainable finance.At Ogier:-I undertook technical analysis and assessments to identify key environmental performance trends for clients. This involved analyzing data, evaluating environmental practices, and providing recommendations to improve sustainability efforts.-I completed checklists for funds to be classified under The European Union Sustainable Finance Disclosure Requirement Article 8. These checklists ensured that funds met the necessary criteria to be classified under this regulatory framework, facilitating transparency and accountability in sustainable finance.-I produced checklists for funds to be evaluated based on different criteria, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These checklists provided a framework for assessing funds' alignment with specific SDGs, enabling investors to make informed decisions aligned with their impact objectives.At Dream Impact:-I conducted analysis and provided recommendations for the first-ever Asia Impact Investing Survey. This involved analyzing data, identifying key trends, and offering insights to drive impact investing efforts in the Asian region. The survey aimed to provide valuable information and promote the growth of impact investing in Asia.
