Financial Restructuring / Strategic Options: Jonathan regularly helps clients assess their strategic options, including representing lenders and key stakeholders in assessing performance, negotiate forbearance agreements and other negotiated settlements with borrowers, examples include:◊ Advised the Board of Directors of a consumer products Company on strategic options pertaining to insolvency caused from $100MM+ debt load and imminent liquidity need. ◊ Advised the senior lenders to healthcare marketing services firm on key issues around a balance sheet restructuring where the senior lenders converted much of their debt into full ownership of the Company via an Article 9 sale.In addition, I have experience executing sell-side transactions including both outright sales, non-core asset divestitures, incremental financing, and re-financing processes.
