At Trelleborg as Application engineer, Mainly worked on sealing development for customer in the automotive industry, developed new seals and responded to quality issue in mass production and trouble-shooting during development status. Provided optimized sealing solutions through collaboration with overseas engineer. Technical seminars and design quotation review. Planning to target new e-mobility and hydrogen application market for new business and trained internal sales teams to get to increase the knowledge of sealing.At Fukoku as design engineer, Performed design and development of automotive damper product according to GM customer’s requirements, management of damper design drawing and customer issue as the person in charge of a total of 4 projects, CSS50T, LTA, LT2, LT6 and performance verification through shape design and TV(torsional vibration) analysis with the purpose of proto sample development, verification and mass production transfer based on the client’s approval drawing and finally transfer to mass production department after real proto sample production and test verification
