As a business psychologist, entrepreneur, and technologist, my greatest passion is helping leaders achieve excellence. I am the Founder and CEO of two companies, AIIR Consulting and AIIR Analytics. I also founded a non-profit initiative tied to both organizations called the Elevate Project. AIIR Consulting is a global business psychology consulting firm dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of leaders. The company has optimized thousands of leaders around the world through an exceptional team of coaches and consultants who use a behavior change model I developed in 2009 called the AIIR® method. I also developed AIIR Consulting’s technology platform, the Coaching Zone®. The Elevate Project is AIIR Consulting's pro-bono initiative that helps purpose-driven organizations access elite coaching services. At my second company, AIIR Analytics, our mission is to help organizations identify and retain top leadership talent through analytical insights. In addition to serving as CEO of AIIR Consulting, I love delivering the work itself! I am an executive coach, team coach, and organizational consultant. My areas of particular interest include helping leaders improve their leadership effectiveness, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence.
