At 34, Jonathan is a father, philanthropist and director of a multi-award-winning Property Business - Peter Morgan Property Group.With a Sales, Lettings and Exclusive brand, the property group sells and manages hundreds of properties across South Wales each year. Jonathan’s role in the company has involved transforming it from a traditional estate agency to a modern, forward-thinking brand byidentifying and harnessing a niche in social media and bringing creative video content to the forefront.These efforts, along with his hard-working team, have led to the business winning several industry awards including ‘Wales Sales & Lettings’ winner in The Guild of Property Professional awards for 2021 & 2022 and ‘Best Estate Agency in Wales’ at The ESTAs awards for 2021 & 2022.Seeing a gap in the financial services market spurred on the launch of PM Financial in 2021, which offers a range of mortgage and protection products for clients and provides in-house training from Jonathan to increase mortgage services for other agencies nationally. And most recently, PM Financial have launched a new #ProtectedAthlete campaign to support Athletes with cover. With a background in property, Jonathan has also set up his own property company expanding a personal lettings portfolio quickly.Jonathan’s focus over the last two years has been to reduce the carbon footprint of Peter Morgan Property Group by becoming completely paperless, increasing the use of electric vehicles to attend property viewings and encouraging virtual video property tours to cut down travel requirements for clients and staff. Jonathan founded EV-OG in 2021, driven by his commitment to sustainable innovation. As CEO, he is leading the charge in delivering the UK's first and fastest off-grid EV charging solutions. Under his leadership, EV-OG is developing cutting-edge superfast chargers that provide a rapid 0-80% charge in less than 30 minutes, all while operating independently from the national grid. Outside of business, Jonathan has also raised a substantial amount for his chosen charity, Prostate Cymru, by organising and attending cycling challenges to raise vital charity funds. He also donates his time to an industry charity, AgentsTogether, by supporting the mental health and skills of property professionals throughout the UK, while his team at PM Financial supports grass roots sports in the area. Jonathan is now ready to take on his next challenge in business and is looking forward to developing another strong brand with a positive sustainability impact.
