My main duty was to inform the public about various promotion and the new menu planned by Pizza Hut through a series of Roadshows at several hotspots in Kuala Lumpur with the aid of leaflets. In addition, I operated with social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to increase the awareness of the new menu. Besides, I maintained constant interaction with the public by informing them on the new entries, and provided the direction to the nearest Pizza Hut branch.
