I am a Business Administration and Marketing graduate since spring -21, and have been working within B2C and B2B sales closer to 7 years now.I got into sales "by mistake" when looking for a summer job during my studies, but quickly realized it's something that really gives me joy. To find one's passion is an extremely rewarding feeling, and in my case I strongly associate sales with helping others. To me it's all about identifying the need - regardless of, if the customer is aware there is one - and then finding the right solution. A sale is successful when if both parties are satisfied with the outcome.Being proactive and pushing sales processes forward is often spoken of in a negative tone, but I believe that there's a right and a wrong way of doing things. Personally, I'm eager to listen and learn - from clients and colleagues, from my own doings, and from those of others. My experience is that with a customer-oriented approach, the sales process will most likely be a successful one. Selling is as much about hitting that home run, as it is about long-term relationships.
