Self Plus Plus started in late 2019 as a result of a mastermind session where Jonathan got the idea to help others like one of his employees he'd been helping in the preceding years.Throughout his time as Chief Empowerment Officer, Jonathan has undertaken just about every task needed to successfully run a business, from bookkeeping through to marketing.In this role, Jonathan runs a small team of part-time and casual employees to ensure his clients receive the best support and get the best outcomes.

Finny Migs started life as a coffee and Lego minifig subscription service. When that failed to take off, Jonathan changed tracks and went into selling individual Lego pieces online, based on his previous experience as a customer in that industry.Over the years, Jonathan has taken on several employees from diverse backgrounds and mentored them to the point where their self-confidence and skills allow them to thrive in the workplace.Recently, Jonathan sold off his Lego inventory due to the overwhelming amount of labour involved in parting out Lego sets and adding them to his inventory, and moved the business towards selling used books on eBay.Over the years, Jonathan also developed a custom platform using PHP that interfaced with several marketplaces in order to streamline operations and improve customer service quality.
