In the 16 years that I've worked in IT for both the Telecoms and Financial industries I've covered many roles. From Incident Management and Change Management, helping the business manage changes to technology and the incidents which occur from the unexpected interruption to those servers, building relationships with various parts of the business has been a key role throughout my career.After moving into development and engineering roles when I moved to Admiral Group, I've focused on the delivery of services from the engineering perspective. Bringing knowledge from my previous roles, I've always had a focus on the delivery or such services to make sure we provide a good user experience and that we continually improve services and features offered across the business. Having most recently moved into the Product Owner role to focus on ensuring that developers and engineers are well informed on the needs and direction of the business, working with a talented group of engineers to communicate business requirements and translate these into work items which helps create the functions backlog.
