Caren was Jonathan's first dabble into entrepreneurship. It was here that he learned the importance of having scalable business models (leveraging to scale, being lean with non-capital intensive), to find the right balance between providing value to customers and operational feasibility (focusing on 80-20 principle as much as possible), and to never believe assumptions and always test them.
