Responsible for Hair Club's design, construction and facilities related initiatives for its 100 locations across the United States and Canada totaling over 500,000 sq. ft. This includes new center construction, acquisition of new locations, renovations and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Responsible for the operations, maintenance and expansion of the building infrastructure for one of Saks Fifth Avenue’s largest stores with over 155,000 sq ft of space and almost 300 employees: • Manage the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety systems, and communication systems of the building, including two 290 ton chillers and a building management system (BMS) • Develop and oversee all preventative maintenance programs, service contracts and vendors• Completed the construction management of the Louis Vuitton boutique remodel, Chanel boutique remodel, an escalator rebuild, HVAC upgrade, fragrance department remodel, LED lighting retrofit and a new 3,000 sq ft full service salon (The Salon Project by Joel Warren)

Analyzed Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases for the firm’s distressed investment fund:• Evaluated each Trade Claim’s position in the capital structure and gauged the probability of recovering money for the firm• Worked directly with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Founder on the due-diligence and underwriting of Debtor-In-Possession (DIP) loans
