Marketing ManagerHci (Human Cell Integrity) Jan 2017 - PresentWorked with an agency, contract manufacturer and regulatory consultant to re brand a product called Reboot. Reboot is a super food berry powder fortified with vitamins, minerals and herbal extracts. I oversaw each step of the project all the way through from creation to selling it. Product Creation - Creating Reboot involved developing, testing and manufacturing a formulation. Once the formulation was manufactured this had to be packaged into a regulatory compliant sachet and outer box.Branding - I worked with my team to create a brand and used an agency to fill in the brand gap.Website - Weighed up various e-commerce solutions and decided on Spree Commerce based on the business needs. Selected and oversaw an agency in the creation of our website. Created site map , mock-ups using Balsamiq and website copy. Added on various third party applications such as Gleam and Unbounce to enable the marketing team to run campaigns. Marketing - Our chosen business strategy was direct to consumer using online channels. I hired a marketing executive and oversaw their daily activities executing the digital marketing plan. Big fan of Trello.Specifically I managed the performance marketing channels including PPC, Facebook paid ads (AdEspresso) and the Google Display Network. The goal was to create brand awareness, sell Reboot and to retarget engaged audiences. I made sure all links were tracked and pixels firing correctly.Stayed up to date with the latest industry trends by attending events and reading the monthly issue of the Nutrition Business Journal. Attended events in Los Angeles (Natural Products Expo West), Las Vegas (Supply Side West) and Geneva (Vitafoods) to stay up to date with the latest ingredient trends.
