1.) Amazon Luna - Amazon’s new cloud gaming offering - Delivered commerce, content, discovery, catalog, ingestion & publishing, and business set up (example accounting and royalty configuration). To deliver the Tempo program, I influenced and partnered across 9 Tempo teams: Product, Catalog Certification and Content Operations, Data Intelligence & Telemetry, Client, Developer Experience, Customer Experience, Business Set Up, Commerce, and QA. Moreover, I worked directly with these teams spanning across 4 VP-level orgs: Financial Operations, Accounting, Digital Content & Commerce Service, and Fraud.2.) Delivered in-skill purchase, full monetization capabilities, and international expansion to UK, DE, JP, FR, IT, and ES for Alexa - I managed successful deliveries of a suite of eight Alexa storefront, monetization and international expansion programs. The programs were (1) Launch Alexa mobile, retail web, and voice storefronts for US. 2) Deliver Subscription in-skill purchases Beta with Prime benefits capability in US, (3) Deliver One-Time in-skill purchases Beta with Prime discounting capability in US, (4) Deliver Consumables in-skill purchases Beta in US, (5) Deliver General Availability of all 3 monetization models in NA US, (6) Deliver Alexa monetization capabilities to UK, DE, and JP of all 3 in-skill purchase types, (7) Deliver the first Alexa In-skill purchases on retail web, and (8) Deliver Alexa monetization capabilities to FR, IT, and ES of all 3 in-skill purchase types.3.) Delivered the in-app purchase refund program (FTC vs Amazon – Children’s unauthorized purchase) – Single-threaded owner who made technical and business decisions autonomously and under time pressure across senior leadership (JeffB-level visibility,) tech, business, finance, legal, privacy, and fraud. 4.) Owner of Appstore infrastructure cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiative, and reduced overall spent by 35% from 2017 to 2019.
