I love crafting engaging product experiences that people love and keep them entertained while delivering business impact. I do this by instilling modern product practices, including structuring empowered cross-functional teams, forging collaborative relationships across the business, and conducting regular user research and experimentation to ensure we are solving customer problems.I have 15+ years of experience as a product executive delivering product innovation and growth for high-traffic consumer digital products (+30M MAUs, ~3M subs) spanning both public companies and early stage startups. I enjoy building amazing teams, coaching them to their potential, and setting them up for success. In my current role at Bally's, I oversee the company's media business and sports streaming services including Bally Live and Stadium (a joint venture with Jerry Reinsdorf's Silver Chalice Ventures). Previously at Sling, I led the product management, product design, and UX research organization responsible for the end-to-end customer journey, from learning about our services, to signing up for a subscription, to helping them find, consume, and engage with the entertainment they love through our apps on connected TV, mobile, and browser platforms. Before that, I was a founding team member for the launch of CBS Sports HQ, the first live 24/7 streaming sports network. While at CBS Sports, we successfully streamed two Super Bowls, setting audience records each time. Previously, I held leadership positions at a kids ebook subscription startup (acquired by Houghton Mifflin) and LexisNexis.I'm a collaborative, calm, and steady leader, even under chaotic, high-stress situations. I help make the complex simple and combine data and intuition to make high quality decisions. I strive for constant improvement, whether for myself, my products, my teams, or processes.Skills:Product Management | User Experience (UX) Design | Product Design | Product Analytics | Team Development | Product Discovery | User Experience (UX) Research | Product Strategy | Product Development | Product Innovation | Product Roadmap | Product Launch | A/B Testing | Growth | Optimization | Agile Scrum | Mobile Apps | Connected TVDomain Knowledge & Interests:Media | Sports | Entertainment | Streaming | Digital Video | OTT | Consumer Subscriptions | B2C | Ad-Supported Products | Gaming | Travel | Wellness | Learning | Personal Finance
