Developed five learning paths with 25 eLearning courses and five assessments to certify advertisers on how to create Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video, Walmart Onsite Display ad campaigns and Measurement and reporting on the Walmart Ad Center.

Led a team of six Instructional Designers. Developed computer-based training to support 1,500 person biomedical device manufacturing organization applying GMP. Established AV, UI/UX, and Editorial standards for CBT applying GDP. Created Quality Control process for UL ComplianceWire eLMS.

Managed team of three instructional designers to deliver internal and external eLearning solutions to support Google’s ad products and Global Business Organization. Responsible for $450K OPEX, quality control, and project management for up to 10 curriculum development projects each quarter. Admin- level Evolve user experienced with publishing on an Intellum LMS. Delivered nine curricula for both internal and external audiences in 2020.
