About Jonathan Lober

Who is Jonathan Lober, the man, the myth, the legend? I’m a lifelong entrepreneur— I just didn’t know it until recently. I’ve always been someone to create things from nothing, whether it is furniture, a house, or a business. With over a decade of experience in the IT industry and a background in running my own construction business, I am truly a jack-of-all-trades; I can fix anything from a broken server to a leaky faucet.In 2018, I joined a small, but growing MSP, and with my strong leadership and a trusting boss, I was able to grow the business into a service-focused, family-first, great place to work and learn. From there that boss became a reliable business partner, confidant, and friend, and in April 2023 I became the managing partner and CEO of NOC Technology.As the Managing Partner and CEO of NOC Technology, I work with small and medium-sized businesses to make sure their technology is working for them, not against them. I am a go-to resource for business owners, helping them navigate the complex world of IT so they can focus on growing their operations. I enjoy helping business owners adopt new technology that helps them become more profitable and reduces stress in their daily lives. I’m always happy to chat about tech and bounce ideas off of anyone who needs it.When I’m not saving the day at work, I am a loving father of six and husband to an amazing wife. Together, we enjoy exploring new places, and taking the family on adventures, whether it's through glamping or just exploring the great outdoors. This environment allowed for increased performance by the document management software, Citrix, and Exchange allowing for the fastest access possible for end users. Migrated all VMs from VMware 5.5 host with 45GB and Dual Xeon processors to VMWare 6.5 hosts with 256GB Ram and Dual Xeon E5-2697 processors, allowing for maximum growth potential.• Upgraded existing Citrix 6.5 environment to Citrix 7.3. Directed the migration, configuration, and deployment of Citrix 7.3 ensuring no downtime or impacted service during the cutover. Staged the migration for end users which resulted in a seamless transition.• Configured proper monitoring systems to maintain 24/7 monitoring of vital servers and systems. Setup alerts to provide detailed accounting prior to any potential systems outages. Wrote multiple Powershell scripts to monitor several systems states not covered by the monitoring software, and provide daily reporting.• Configured change control software to provide accounting of all changes as well as a review process prior to any changes
