• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computer hardware, software, and internal information systems.• Participate in network troubleshooting, resolving issues related to internet access, email, server access, and wireless connectivity.• Diagnose and resolve issues with local servers, network equipment, and ISP connections.• Implement and maintain computer imaging systems, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and network computer management protocols.• Perform Active Directory administration, including user and group rights management and file sharing permissions.
