For many years was an instrumental part of a team of 8 which developed a bespoke, comprehensive, centralized hotel management and reservation system for all 50+ of a hotel group’s properties.Before that, part of a small team which developed an Android Tablet App for use by “on the ground” agents throughout Africa who would travel to several individual “mom and pop” stores per day and complete an offline questionnaire about the shop and its’ sale of their product. Once the agent got home, they would synchronize the data on the app to a central server.
