Air Liquide Healthcare France (sales: >200m€, > 300 employees)Project Management, global restructuring of entities in charge of constructing and maintaining piping networks, equipment and technical installations for Air Liquide’s “Medgas” business line. - Performed a global strategic assessment including options for evolution of entities (divestiture, diversification..)- Mobilisation of resources & governance to set project trajectory & execution plan (EXCOM validation, budget) - Design and scoping of transformation streams: finance, commercial/marketing, operations/process and organisation- Transversal management of project teams in a PMO steering system, around workshops, committees and seminars- Managing external consultants: call for tenders, structuring of the mission and coordination in operational phase
