- Lead engineering teams in multiple regions to align and execute on projects to support the business strategy - Generation of the future strategy of the sensor business including technical capability, product performance, customer needs and market trends, whilst ensuring this works with the strategy of our Business’ complementary products- Driving the enhancement of existing sensing technologies to stay at the forefront of Pressure sensing capabilities, including enhanced accuracy, stability and precision over wider temperature ranges in harsh environments- Continued development of existing datasheet product to expand our current range of offerings based on market requirements- Development of new products to complement the existing product portfolio to allow GE to offer a full suite of solutions to our customers, regardless of their existing or planned system architecture- Working with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure full wing to wing coordination of projects to ensure successful outcomes - Liaising with customers on a host of topics including application specific (design) requirements, product support and pricing negotiations
