Govern all field engineering aspects of 10K ton module on state-of-the-art Noble Energy Leviathan Project overseeing material costs and structural component production within stressful working environment. Collaborate with project leaders to coordinate established deliverables and administer continuing safety program to team members.Key Accomplishments:• Increased module productivity rate by two-fold through implementation of strategic assembly plan.• Supervised assembly and production of overall 12K linear feet of operational implements including handrails, ladders, and stairs through all phases of development. (would like to mention that I coordinated this through 3 different subcontractors (2 fabrication subcontractors and paint subcontractor)). • Coordinated delivery of 182 rolled structural cans varying in size from 30” OD to 96” OD from subcontractor which included delivery of plate to sub, nesting of the plates, stretch out calculations, final dimensions needed for fabrication, and scheduling for desired need dates as given by Project management. • Given exceptional review from upper management during 6 month, 1 year, and 1.5 year evaluations.

Supported day-to-day operations for staff and plant facilities with shift reports and equipment analysis produced at strategic intervals to maintain efficiency and working standards. Identified areas to be serviced and repaired by equipment and maintenance technicians, upholding companies established safety standards.Key Accomplishment:• Successfully increased process efficiency and safety for ball mill loading limestone slurry machine.

Promoted through consecutive roles for leading energy provider, from Entry level field engineer in Hydraulic Fracturing to lead supervisor position of 9 crews and 36 field personnel over 3 coiled tubing units.
