A UK multi-site role, with accountability for the delivery of a feasibility study to the UK Executive team in preparation for UK back office restructure:- Project managed the closure and transfer of the Heatrae Sadia and Gainsborough aftersales functions, following UK strategic review. Project involved the TUPE of 15 home-based service engineers and 15+ redundancies.
