I believe that we have a duty to strive for sustainability. In the long run it may be the only option, but even in the short term we might gain a lot of value. By setting attainable and measurable targets it becomes possible to track the progress and reach our goal. In the process itself we will have to find innovative solutions that work throughout the whole life cycle of the project. This has an enormous potential that we have to seize.I listen to the stakeholders, put myself in their place and point out solutions and challenges with the projects. I understand architecture, behavioral design and aesthetics as well as thermodynamics and energy calculations.
