Produced and directed five annual events and highlights videos. 20 NYC-area performing arts high schools presented excerpts of their best work and participated in the Social Media Team, an education program w/ Broadway digital pros from SpotCo, AKA, Groupon and Serino Coyne. Summer scholarships began in 2015. In 2016 started a Teens on Broadway paid summer internship program, providing 18 students with a bridge toward careers in the field, they worked 20 hours weekly for 6 weeks at Off-Broadway theaters and theater businesses; A focused alumni outreach project and a database to engage more alumni and invite their post-grad reflections for potential improvements;Wrote grant and worked with City on RFP process and supervised installation of a new house audio/visual system, enabling enhanced Theatre School presentations; Created and wrote quarterly newsletter "FYI," to engage current and potential funders, alumni, the media and others interested in the progress and activities of the Theatre School. Led a strategic digital repositioning process; and, an internal review of recruitment practices.
