Planned and developed training procedures for MacGuffins Bar openings and Alcohol Compliance. Utilized a blend of individual training, classroom sessions, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings and workshops to open multiple bars throughout the country at a variety of AMC locations, including Dine-In Theatres. Traveled to assignment locations to coordinate and execute the opening process for AMC's rapidly expanding Alcohol Operation. Selected by AMC as one of two General Managers to lead the integration of two hundred and fifty-seven Carmike Theatres over to AMC Systems, Policies and Procedures. Designed and executed a Three Day Point-of-Sale and Back Office conversion plan that was executed by a team of Systems Ambassadors in the field. Selected, supervised and trained a team of high profile AMC field leaders to travel to Carmike locations and convert them to AMC systems, providing the necessary training to the home team and troubleshooting conversion issues on-site.• Created and executed a conversion plan in conjunction with the Transition Director that allowed the company to integrate two hundred and fifty-seven theatres into AMC over a seven month period.• Scheduled, directed and assigned duties to Systems Leads and Ambassadors.
