After four years in public accounting auditing venture capital firms and start-up corporations, I pivoted into a role in the field of data analytics. The completion of the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, as well as individual study of SQL, Tableau, R, & Regression Analysis, built a foundation from which I am blending my years of experience as an auditor preparing, cleaning, & analyzing data into my current role as an analyst.I previously specialized in providing assurance and advisory services to venture capital/private equity firms, partnership and management entities, and private tech start-up corporations in Silicon Valley. I am well versed in valuation approaches for privately held entities within portfolio companies and have been engaged to provide valuation assurance/advice using many different valuation techniques; Option Pricing Models, 409A Models, multiples derived from market comparable companies, etc. to name a few. Clients I have been engaged to audit have had portfolios with up to $10 billion in assets under management. Additionally, I have worked in all aspects of the accounting cycles, from AP to Expenses, AR to Revenue, etc.
