I started my career in a small family run dealership before moving to a very large flagship dealer with a high staff compliment and capacity to repair up to 140 cars a day. The experience I received from these two very different businesses allowed me to identify a need in the industry for a more personalised approach to vehicle maintenance; one where the customer would know the person with whom they are entrusting the care and maintenance of their vehicle.I started my own business in 2009 and by 2012 I realized that I needed to expand my understanding of business practices and so began studying a law degree. My studies have provided me with a wide range of skills such as problem solving, applicable not only where the problems are in the mechanical components of the cars, but rather in the exciting challenges that businesses face in this modern age where personal relationships are vital to success.In September 2019 I made the move to Sydney, Australia and joined the country's largest dealer of prestige-branded used cars, Prestige Auto Traders. I am proud to have the responsibility of being the Aftersales Manager where my focus is the development and evolution of our reconditioning and aftersales departments to meet the evolving technical and sustainability challenges that our business will face.
