Jonathan W. McCrary is an Attorney with Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard, P.C., practicing with the firm’s Health Law Practice Group. He also serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Senior Living and Long-Term Care Committee. Jonathan’s practice focuses on all aspects of litigation in a variety of industries, claims and venues. Over his career, Jonathan has successfully litigated personal injury and wrongful death suits against health care providers, transportation companies and property owners. He has litigated multi-million dollar personal injury cases.A significant portion of Jonathan’s practice focuses on the defense of health care providers in the long term care and hospital industries. He has represented health care clients in claims involving nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health providers, hospitals, physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses. Prior to relocating to St. Louis, Missouri and joining Sandberg Phoenix in November 2013, Jonathan practiced general insurance defense with an emphasis on health care defense in Memphis, Tennessee for 13 years. Jonathan is actively involved in all aspects of litigation from investigation through trial. He has represented clients in numerous mediations, state licensure investigations and trials.
