I lead the UK marketing and sales team, in addition to supporting the operational running of the business. Following acquisition of the 360 acre former Filton airfield in Bristol, my role is to ensure the business delivers it's vision of doing something bigger, better and bolder on this £2bn landmark project, transforming it into a new mixed-use City district comprising some 2,675 homes, 1.5 Million sq.ft of commercial uses, a mixed-use town centre, three new schools, new railway station, medical centre, public park and major road and site infrastructure works. I am responsible for ensuring we produce a high quality market facing residential product within a master-planned new neighbourhood unlike anything Bristol has seen before. From delivering the brand and marketing concept through to implementing the sales exit strategy and customer experience, I will build and lead a team of experienced professionals in meeting the ambitious goals and expectations of our shareholders.With outline planning consent secured our challenging first phase development programme comprising on-site roads, 275 residential units designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley, redeveloping a derelict Grade II Listed hanger into 20,000 sq.ft of B1 office space designed by Ferguson Mann and a new park designed by Grant Associates targets a construction start on-site in December 2018. We plan to use delivery of the Filton project to underline our ability to deliver large-scale and complex urban regeneration projects, and scale the YTL Developments business to create a pre-eminent new player in the UK development industry. -
