My primary focus is taking care of our military and government customers. I routinely provided services in classified and sensitive areas. My responsibility is to develop and manage projects plans which efficiently and effectively structure the work, define roles and delegate responsibilities throughout the installation process. Ensure that milestones and target dates are clearly communicated to the project team. Manage change, risk and uncertainties. Report and record project progress to all internal and external stakeholders. Deliver project according to agreed scope and design specifications. Develop and maintain healthy relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Help identify solutions to complex technical problems using technical resources where appropriate.
