We just happen to do this through mass communications.

I was a Senior Associate Product Manager, part of the Auto Navigator web team, partnering with other product managers, designers, developers, and analysts to "change car buying for good."I helped lead ideation, design and building of A/B Testing initiatives, resulting in over doubling Auto Navigator customer lead volume to our dealerships YoY. I also led the team that build the Proof of Income / Proof of Residency MFE as part of the Navigator platform convergence efforts, finishing the MFE almost a month ahead of our roadmap.

My role on the account management team was wide, including a few key areas: - I managed Text-Em-All's strategic partners relationships and software integrations,- I managed a portfolio of clients annually valued at over $1mil, - I onboarded and supported clients of all shapes and sizes on a daily basis.In addition to the main areas of responsibility described above, I represented Text-Em-All at partner user conferences, contribute to our blog, worked with my peers to create training programs, coached, and more.
