• As part of the $5B UCSF: The Campaign, tracked and coordinated over $1 billion in planned solicitations and worked with senior leaders to develop and advance prospect engagement strategies• Responsible for building the pipeline of principal gift prospects and donors to UCSF and strategizing with development officers about engagement and solicitation • Managed complex campaign projects and events in coordination with teams across the office• Utilized Salesforce to establish processes for producing accurate and reliable reports on campaign progress and pipeline projections for senior leadership, external volunteers, and boards• In collaboration with the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost of UCSF, designed, coordinated, and executed a triannual principal gift prospect engagement event featuring key UCSF faculty

• Secured major gifts ($50k+) to support the departments of neurology, neurosurgery, psychiatry, as well as a high-profile basic neurosciences research initiative• Managed relationships with multiple faculty members and assisted them in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects for major gift support• Developed reports for summarizing gifts for neurosciences related initiatives, produced ROI reports for events, and created efficient protocols for tracking prospects for volunteer leadership• Worked with the Assistant and Associate Vice Presidents to manage a 16 member volunteer advisory board and prepare presentation materials, reports on fundraising progress, and scientific updates for annual meetings• Drafted research overviews, proposals, and stewardship reports for prospects and donors

• Provided administrative support to a team of four major gift fundraisers • Diligently tracked fundraiser proposals and solicitations, consistently updated strategies for fundraiser’s portfolios, and kept accurate records of all donor and faculty interactions in Raiser’s Edge• Prepared materials for meetings with faculty members, including updating prospect trackers, screening prospect lists, and conducting background research• Performed stewardship and qualification calls for donors who made gifts at the individual giving level to support the neurosciences• Assisted with event planning and staffed various development related events
