Father Bills & MainSpring is dedicated to ending - not managing - homelessness in our community. With support from local businesses, individuals, community providers, and the public sector, we can make our belief that "nobody should be homeless," a reality. In order to truly end homelessness in Southeastern Massachusetts, we take a holistic approach that goes beyond shelters.We deliver a range of programs and services to meet the needs of each person facing homelessness. Our primary areas of focus are prevention, emergency shelter, housing and workforce development.As Triage Director I direct the organization’s two shelters for homeless adults, Father Bill’s Place in Quincy, and MainSpring House in Brockton, which together serve approximately 250 men and women nightly. Other responsibilities include playing a leadership role in the organization’s shift of these programs to a Triage model. The intent of Triage is to reduce and end homelessness more rapidly than traditional shelter. Triage involves immediate assessment of all individuals seeking shelter, diverting them to alternative options or working toward their rapid exit to housing or treatment whenever possible. Lead a cultural shift and change in operations from managing traditional shelter toward innovative Triage programming.

As the Data Manager for FBMS, I am focused on maintaining and collecting quality information and data in order to increase our level of service for our program participants. My team focuses on the reporting needs of our organization to meet the requirements of our federal, state and local grant funders, as well as the needs of our private funders.
