At Whiskey Cake I developed my interpersonal communication and personal selling skills.- I acquired extensive product knowledge of both food and beverages-I learned how to handle numerous requests at once enhancing my multitasking skills -I gained experience on suggestive selling by uncovering the likes of guests

As an Intern, I developed a great understanding of the financial and business world.-I gave presentations to management and other employees-I worked with team members to develop ideas on how to handle potential clients-I shadowed employes daily in order to understand what is expected in a professional environment

For a project in my Event Management class I took on the Marketing Coordinator role. I was required to help the Alumni Association at UTSA gain awareness and attract new members. This was a first time event and it was successful. I learned to work with the other sub-committees in the class in order to have a detailed and organized schedule to ensure the success of the event.-I helped the event exceed the goal of selling 100+ guests-I gained hands on experience working with HTML for digital marketing-Helped develop and coordinate the on campus grass roots marketing plan

At Bed Bath and Beyond I held many responsibilities in the world of retail.- I was attentive to customers needs with customer service- I was responsible for extensive product knowledge to aid a customers shopping experience- I developed marketing strategy skills helping to set up in store displays
