Directed the diagnostic, design and implementation of new cross-functional calendar, seasonal merchandise planning processes, and core inventory management processes for vertically integrated specialty apparel retailer.Led the assessment of in-season management activities for a European Department store. Developed roadmap based on opportunities that will be implemented across allocation, replenishment and markdown management.Directed the process design and tool evaluation for allocation and replenishment for a regional department store. Assessed current capabilities, near term and long term enhancement opportunities. Redesigned Allocation process to better support flow of seasonal merchandise, and clarified roles and responsibilities.Directed project to develop multi-period, multi-echelon inventory models for a 3-5 tier supply chain and set inventory targets across a range of items with different demand profiles and characteristics representing $400 million in inventory. Developed models to demonstrate the impact of changing inventory management processes and parameters such as lead time, service level, forecast accuracy to understand the impact on supply chain inventory. Developed models to demonstrate the impact of consolidation upstream in the supply chain.

Developed analysis and models to determine optimal inventory and product flow based on product attributes, demand, and supply chain capabilities, and service requirements. Identified an opportunity to reduce inventory by $70 million.
