As a senior manager, I am currently responsible for overseeing scribe programs for 29 clients across 6 states, managing a team of 350+ employees, mentoring 25 direct reports, and securing 4M in client contracts across a variety of practices (emergency medicine, primary care, cardiology, etc). Through goal realignment and strategic offering of alternative solutions, I have been able to preserve and (more importantly) grow revenue through the pandemic while meeting the goals of our partners.

- Spearheaded a pilot program in 10 primary care clinics for an internationally recognized healthcare organization, resulting in eventual expansion to 17 clinics and 2x increase in provider coverage- Implemented regional recruiting strategy for 30-FTE program in highly competitive market; nationwide rollout of this plan with forecasted growth of 10,000+ FTE - Successfully navigated action plan for an at-risk established program with a team of 50+ scribes via complete revamp of existing training, staffing increase of 45%, promotion and mentorship of on-site leadership. Projected retention of 2M in revenue. - Collaborated with practice managers, regional directors, and CMOs to deliver customized product that met ROI objectives, including CCT, PPH, provider/patient satisfaction, etc. - Drove revenue increase for clients by facilitating regular training of core measures, MACRA, and MIPS. Coupled this initiative with building a robust quality assurance program to ensure sustainability. - Developed knowledge and experience of multiple EHR systems (MediTech, Cerner, EPIC, eCW)

- Led sourcing and recruiting efforts for implementation of rural scribe programs for an Emergency department and Dermatology clinic. - Implemented management restructure for rural ambulatory program, leading to 40% reduction in SG&A cost - Facilitated operational changes for a failing scribe program via in-depth quality review and supplementary training. Retained revenue and preserved strategic client relationship. - Initiated remediation plan for healthcare system with 15+ employees, leading to improved site management, service quality, and client experience
