Good day to youOver the past few years I have been working in different industries such as engineering, which I performed in Bogota, Colombia in the year 2016. In that occasion, I worked alongside a dedicated team of engineers in order to develop an official paper on the water resource analysis of the Subachoque river basin. This document was then provided to the local government in order to develop plans and strategies that allowed them to better manage the resource.After this experience I moved to Australia, country were I improved my english communication skills, from speaking to writing to hearing, this skill allows me to entered a whole new industry, such as customer service. From the year 2021 I have worked for Probe CX, were I worked at the National Coronavirus Helpline. In this new occasion, I had the opportunity to not only work alongside a well-knowledged team but also I learnt from our customers, which provided me with the skills necessary to develop rapport between myself and our customers.My biggest motivation is to interact and develop trust among people. An exciting example of this is that last june I voluntereed at Palmari Reserve in the Amazon rainforest, where I work not only with tourist but also with the native guides, bieng the communication bridge between them. This allowed not only to gain amazing new knowledge about the amazon but also to develop long-lasting friendship with the tourist and staff.
