Early in my career, at the age of 24 🐣, through some unique circumstances, I found myself in an executive leadership position that allowed me to pioneer the foundations of organizational growth. Though I had little business having so much responsibility, through grit, a bias for action, and the ability to strategically align people and operational excellence, I got a taste of what it feels like to see an organization flourish through its greatest asset - people 🤝.In my career since then, I’ve:👍🏻 Transformed an HR Department into a strategic partner for C-Suite leadership leading to a 40% increase in employee engagement, 7% reduction in turnover, and a promotion rate of 80%. 👍🏻 Created, implemented, and led an operating support system that allowed for the strategic growth from 6 locations to 15 locations, a 40% increase in customers, and $11M growth in revenue within 4 years.👍🏻 Built dynamic and collaborative cultures leading to streamlining of operational and financial efficiency, execution of strategic plans, and better resourcing of organizations' people capital.
