Vicenza, Italy

• Led planning, coordination, and execution of 11 major exercises in 8 European countries while managing a $4M budget. Trained, evaluated, and certified 600 total personnel on 200+ mission readiness standards encompassing individual and collective tasks.• Lead a 134-person team ready to deploy within 18 hours. Supervise, train, mentor, and develop employees across 8 occupational specialties. Design programs and policies; lead planning, schedule training, monitor financial, legal, logistics, and administrative health. • Designed, and coordinated joint-combat training with the Ukrainian Army and facilitated engagements with 11 allied militaries. Trained 500+ Ukrainian Soldiers and led a multinational Airborne Operation involving 400 personnel without incident.• Developed partnerships with Italian and Slovenian militaries over a 6-month period, led 5 formal planning conferences, and liaised with NATO, embassy, and civilian entities to design, validate, and execute two mountaineering exercises training 350 personnel. • Restructured unit maintenance and property management programs for 20 vehicles, 500 specially regulated items, and over 10,000 inventoried components valued at $20 million, increasing equipment readiness rates from 80% to 95% with zero property losses. • Managed the Ground Mobility Vehicle program; created a committee to establish cost estimates, vehicle upgrade proposals, and a formalized training plan, resulting in 32 upgraded vehicles, structured quarterly training, and a 300% increase in licensed personnel.• 1 of 80 leaders tasked to generate holistic and innovative solutions to force-wide recruitment and retention challenges; organized a 10-person team to create proposed future community engagement models - presented directly to the Chief of Staff of the Army.• Redesigned inventory management systems, resulting in the divestiture of 700 major life-cycled items during a 4-week period, resulting in #1 performance of 36 companies.

Vicenza, Italy

• Executed an expeditionary deployment of 400 soldiers and 60 vehicles to the island of Sardinia, coordinating with Italian authorities, freight liners, contractors, and the US Navy to overcome regulatory and procedural hurdles; 1st unit in 10 years to successfully do so.• Lead logistics planner for a 765-person organization. Direct an 8-person team responsible for budget management, contract development, procurement, mobility, and supply chain operations. Manage, resource, and direct 15 large, multi-national operations.• Planned a 400-mile night-time airborne infiltration of 600 paratroopers into Bulgaria; innovated power-generation equipment delivery concepts, created tailorable resupply options, resulting in on-time and phased delivery of 16 vehicles. • Administered $1 million as unit Billing Official, coordinated with banks, legal counsel, and foreign vendors to authorize purchases; managed 6 procurement specialists and ensured regulatory compliance resulting in a 100% pass rate of all audited transactions. • Managed local-vendor contracts as a Contracting Officer Representative; wrote performance measures and oversaw $400,000 worth of construction, catering, and life-support services, resulting in all obligations successfully fulfilled averaging 15% under budget.• Led a team responsible for transit of personnel and cargo throughout Europe via air, land, and sea; coordinated with civilian agencies, diplomatic offices, and carriers to perform 185 civilian line-hauls, and 280 bus movements ferrying 10,000 total personnel.

• Selected to lead a deployed 20-person cross-functional, joint-interagency, Special Operations team; conducted mission planning, risk mitigation, and innovated technical and operational techniques to execute 160 combat missions resulting in the collection of strategic intelligence. • Lead a 35-person team of Special Operations Rangers; maintain readiness to deploy within 18 hours; schedule and facilitate training events. Manage split-site operations to include a 12-month rotational global deployment; operate within 5 Middle Eastern countries.• Chaired engagements with aerospace corporations; procuring 3 new unmanned aerial systems and coordinating future arms testing.

Fort Benning, Georgia

• Planned and led 6 regional recruiting events; recruited 35 officers, driving unit growth from 180 to 263 persons in 12 months. Rated #1 of 12 peers in annual performance review.• Managed 75 overseas duty assignments in 8+ countries, prepared and rotated 100 personnel through roles with zero coverage gaps.• Supervise a 6-person team; conduct strength and talent management, facilitate 100+ annual evaluations, oversee promotions, monitor personnel qualifications, drive recruiting, report retention statistics, process awards, run administrative functions, and lead social events.

• Managed the shipment of 250 vehicles to Kuwait over a 3-month period without incident. Rated #1 of 21 peers in annual review.• Led staff operations in Kuwait facilitating regional subordinate unit operations throughout Iraq, Jordan, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. • Assistant Operations Officer for a 500-person unit; manage short and long-range planning, calendars, and coordinate projects. Write subordinate tasking orders, run meetings and rehearsals, create SOPs, synchronize information, data, and intelligence; provide recommendations, run operations.

• Accountable for security, maintenance, and logistics supply chain of vehicles and equipment valued in excess of $17 million dollars. Ranked #1 of 14 platoon leaders in annual performance appraisals.• Lead a Platoon of 35 Soldiers with the mission to remain ready to deploy worldwide and conduct decisive combat operations.
