I have built up my business skills from my time spent in several organisations in the private sector and in member based international trade associations. I have enjoyed working in the international finance, telecoms, digital and education sectors.My key skills include organisational leadership, strategic and operational planning, stakeholder management and private public partnerships, marketing, multi lateral campaigns, project management, change management and leading international teams around the world. I am particularly adept at working in complex and matrix structures, in fast growth small and large organisations working in sensitive and ever evolving political. social and economic environments.I am honed in to the worlds of international business management, ICT, public relations and thought leadership. I have developed deep insights into a wide array of them including social entrepreneurship, impact investing, digital skills for all, and environmental and climate friendly grass roots practices and advocacy actions, through my work at the Jane Goodall Institute Belgium.I am passionate about my work and life in general, innovative and creative in my approach to getting things done and effective in implementing plans. I thrive on blue sky strategising and love to roll up my sleeves.I have always pushed myself to work and live by the values instilled in me from a young age including harnessing human well being, transparent democracy, social justice, nature conservation, climate protection and the promotion of a compassionate and humane world.When I am not plogging in the parks of Brussels (that is picking up rubbish whilst running), spinning (bicycle) at the local health club, listening to alternative and classical music or reading the latest David Nicholls, you can usually find me taking ice baths with the famous Wim Hof or running (sometimes walking !) ultra distance trails and marathons.
