Phase 1 has received detailed consent for c1,000 residential units and 800k sq ft commercial uses. Subsequent phases to follow with an aspiration for c6,000 homes and 1.8m sqft commercial space. It is a joint venture with Starwood Private Equity with Lendlease acting as Development Manager. Most of time spent on successfully securing enabling public sector development finance from Homes England, Development Management Agreement re-negotiation, and disposals of Phase 1 Affordable Housing.IQL project is a 4m sq ft commercial development, coupled with residential development and retail units.
